For a balanced weight-loss, consume a high protein, reasonable carbohydrate as well as low fat diet plan. Enhance your intake of water and consume lots of vegetables and fruit to get important nourishment like fiber, mineral and vitamin. Plus a well-balanced diet, get some exercise regularly not just to accomplish your goal but also for enhancing cardio and physical endurance.

To reduce the weight you have to set the goal and follow it strictly then you can reduct the weight. you have to do the yoga and exercise it helps to reduce the weight and eat fresh fruits and vegetables.

Well ok... since you can't really excercise right now.. I think the best thing you can do at this time is eat real healthy... there's a nutritionist that comes out on the radio and she says the best way to be more healthy and loose weight is this:
Don't eat too much bread and if you do wheat
No junk food
Don't eat after 7pm
Drink lots of water
Eat lots of fruit and veggies
If you eat meat, make sure its baked or grilled
Eat in small portions.. Etc etc....

my tips:
eat healthy food (prefer home made)
go for walk in morning and evening
try to avoid oily things
