I have good experience with a flax seed. We have a an kitchen hand mill where i draff it to become like one or two teaspoon and add it to every meal. One should do it like 3 weeks. I listen laxatives are not good for the intestine health. I guess constipation may be sign to increase roughage amount in the food.

Another important thing is to do jogging and other similar physical activity and do it regularly + there are excercises to help in case of constipation. Google it.
