Diet after testicular torsion surgery

Last week I had a testicular torsion surgery and doctors were able to save my affected right testicle and they fixed both testicles so that it wont happen again. I just want to know what diet I should follow from here onwards so that my damaged testicle will be in good health as soon as possible.
