Wondering if anyone here has an allergy to Psyllium? After the Dr ordered me to start taking Metamucil daily, I began to break out in severe hives. I wasnt sure what was causing it, and never suspected the fiber. But after a week of suffering (full body hives) and taking antihistemines, it dawned on me that the fiber could be possible, and I stopped it completely. 1 or 2 days later the hives were gone.

Anyone else have this experience?
