Feeling alone results in depression. So, never give chance for your mind to get depressed.
Make yourself busy always. Listen to music, practice meditation, watch funny movies have sound sleep...

i think I would have a severe mood swing if my husband did that! You had said that his losing his job has put you in financial straights...how DARE he want to join a kung fu class or whatever when money is tight and NOT work the part time job! He sounds quite selfish to me! Not only should he take the job until he gets a full time one, he should also quit his gym and his supplements until you are able to afford it again...TELL HIM TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND BE A MAN! (I am in a truly bad mood today, so I hope I am not too harsh

Depression is the one of the most dangerous diseases.People are not giving time on their hobbies and activities in which they are intersted.To get rid of it spend most of your time with your friends whom you like,watch funny movies and listen to your favorite music and go out different places to change your mood.

Whenever the person in the depression we all have to give him a strength and take him in the positive atmosphere, give him juice and take away to another place for fresh air it helps him.

Despression symptoms can make those afflicted feel worn out, useless, hopeless, and hopeless.
Show your thoughts, either to buddies, in a publication, or using art to help launch some negativity.

Depression is really such a worst thing. In this people start thinking that he or she is not able to do any thing, hopeless, negative thinking and many more things. I just pray that no one will suffer from this problem. :Shake

it is not worried about this matter.Every day try to be busy and most of time spend with your friends.Regularly exercise and fresh you mind.Don't thinking negative and feel always be positive.Try to smile and happy. :clap

Try to find something new to do. Find a new hobby, or something that sparks your interest. To focus that energy that brings you down on to something that makes you feel better! Art.Music.A Sport! There is something! Chin Up!
