Daily Activities that causes joint pain

There are some daily activities that causes joint pain:
- Lifting heavy items
- Sitting in wrong posture
- Walking and exercising for prolonged period can cause joint pain
- Writing, driving, doing handy work for long period can also cause joint stiffness

well nice share guys but some time we have to do some of these things and if we are healthy we will not have any issue

a lot of rest also cause back pain and some un awful position of sleeping also cause backpain

I will daily workout with skipping and walk 4 - 5 km, is these causes any pain in my knee's. presently i facing knee pain problem past 2 week.

can any suggestion to reduce my knee pain.

I think some colagen can be good for this and add more vegetables, fruit, and other raw food full of vitamins. But i think mainlyy one should decrease and optimise weight, so you are not overweight. :dance :flower

Stop doing over workout which are doing. Due to this you are suffering from knee pain. Now please do not do excess workout and after sometime you will fell better. But if your pain is not reducing then please consult your doctor. :whew

@larner I don't think so... Due to walking anybody facing the joint pain.
