how will my hands react after surgery?

Unread postby HealthForum » Sun Mar 27, 2011 8:33 am

Hello,

I want to know if in the future after having the surgery, and I'm talking about at the age of 70 or 80 when you are less mobile how will your hands react to have had the carpal tunnel release? Will there be like stiff fingers do to severe arthritis or any other relevant problem? I have reviewed some other answers here and I know after 10 years the symptoms come back, but how does it affect one when one is older and less active?
