Its fact that quit smoking is little difficult for smokers but meditation, regular exercises and yoga are some of the most effective ways to quit smoking. And keep yourself busy.

You should have a self control.Do yoga and meditation.Have a habit of exercising every day.

Smoking is not good for health. But quit smoking is very difficult. Many people suggest est different tips like electronic cigarette and Nicotine etc. But my experience is, if want quit smoking first decide your preference and your mind will decide, I will quit Smoking. Then I surely you will quit smoking defiantly.... Ninja

There are so many effective ways for quit smoking. First you have to strongly decide in your mind and inspire from someone who already quite smoking. When you want to smoke drink water or eat banana and also take help of your doctor.

Every people and all smoker are know that smoking is very bad habit for life as well as for health, when you want to remove your smoking habit than top most way is strong decision and strong spirit against smoking that is more important for smoking, when you go to do again for smoking than you have to use it.

Smoking is a very injurious to the health. It badly effects on our mental and physical health. So, you must quit smoking to live healthy and better. First to meet your physician and say about your quit smoking decision. Make a habit of regular eating bananas. Remove all the caffeine products. Drink herbal or green tea when you want to smoke.

One of the best way for quitting smoking is that you have to select your favorite work, you have to avoid stress and depression works, when you will go for smoking than you have to be practice for one your favorite thing.

The person should have guts to stop smoking because it is really hard to quit. Following are the best ways to quit smoking:
• Use nicotine replacement therapy
• Start on a support program or counseling
• Do spiritual activities such as Yoga

Have you try to use of a nicotine patch, they work well in making the shakes go away.
