If any help me with some tips to reduce my weight its nearly 80k at the of 20 .

for loosing weight
eat healthy green veggies
drink plenty of pure water along with fresh fruit juices
do yoga five times a week in the morning
and
use green tea after every meal.

Its definitely takes time that depends upon your weight. Its all depends upon your mood that how much you constant and want to lose. Also you can take precautions from a professional instructor.

I suggest you best excise for you. It is running. Running is very good excise for weight loss and leave the junk food for best result.
