I want a diet plan or exercise tips on how to lose weight fast. I really want to get fit quickly. I really don’t want to have to go out and buy anything like exercises video, or equipment

Starting a weight loss plan really needs strong commitment to be stick with it until you get the reward of fitness. The best raw fruits that are good natural fat burners are Lemon, orange, Grape fruit.
One lemon juice in one glass of water with some salt only in the morning is the best and effective way. Then use orange juice in the evening. Walk for at least 15 minutes before going to sleep at night. Use fresh vegetables with your meals and avoid heavy fat and oily foods.

If you really want to lose weight then you have to make a time table of your daily routine. But with this you have to avoid sweets and fats containing foods. And you have to intake one tea spoon honey in one glass of hot water. With this you have to walk for 45 minutes a day and have to drink a lot of water. And also you should eat boiled vegetables rather than oily and stuffy foods. Also don’t go to bed immediately after taking heavy lunch and dinner. You should walk for 20 minutes before going to bed.

Well, there are many diet plans which can help you to lose weight. However, it totally depends on your body weight and the goals you have set.

Set your goals before any plan to lose weight. Losing weight quickly requires lot of extra efforts.
begin the day with self motivation... start doing walking or if running, which is 3 times better than walking, do some exercise as well. Follow a healthy diet by eating green veggies, low calorie food, avoid taking junk and fast food, eat lots of fruits and drinks as much water as your body allowed and some physical activities throughout the day.
