It’s not a must to join gym to lose weight, because there are lots of other easy methods to reduce weight without taking risk. I think Yoga also a good workout without weight lifting, I do Yoga everyday and it’s relaxes my mind and body, Yoga can also help to shape up your body and loss your weight quicker.
You can maintain a proper diet for weight loss. Also regular exercise is very important and avoiding outside junk food. Now-a-days there are Vitamins available in the market which can help reduce weight. This is the easiest way and requires less exercise and minimum efforts.
To loose weight naturally, participate in games or sports regularly, for example, I play squash every weekend in my local club and that keeps my weight in check.
Also with that you have to follow the following tips: • Work out daily. • Avoid fats containing foods. • Avoid fast foods. • Walk 45 minutes a day. • Eat green vegetables rather than oily and stuffy foods. • Take one tea spoon honey with one hot water glass. • Also drink lots of water.
