Ways to quitting smoking

hey Guys

For quitting smoking maybe do something like chew gum , or just stop thinking about the cigarettes . read up on how ciggarettes affect your body and watch some videos of what happens to people when tney smoke a ciggarette .

Smoking is very harmful for health. There are many tips for quit smoking like do yoga, decide your self, think positive, eat fresh fruit, drink more water and so on.

Smoking is dangerous for the life, some of the best and the effective ways to quit smoking are Nicotine replacement therapy, Zyban alone, Combination therapy, Set a quit date and many more.

Smoking is very bad habit and it is very harmful for every human. To quit smoking, first you have to strongly decide about that, you can eat banana that help to quit smoking, stay with whom which are never smoking or already quit smoking. You have very strong smoking habit then take your doctor guide line.

Involving in spiritual act, doing workouts or practising will directly helps to quit smoking, because once we get to use for these activities automatically will get a good and clear mind set to take on any challenges.

You can start to eat chew gum because it can help you to avoid smoking. Do not stop in one day because it will not work well. Start one day gap between smoking then grow your days to don't touch cigarette. You should know that cigarette can scare your heart. It can grow many disease in heart.

These are some of the best way to Quite Smoking :

Do yoga and Meditation.
Use Electronic Cigar to get away from Smoking.
Do not get a closer to smoker because it is as harmful as smoking.
Take an advice of Expert.

To quit smoking first take strong decision to quit smoking for a month and often think about the benefit of quit smoking. Drink water when you want to smoke, stay with that people who all ready quit smoking and take doctor's help.

Here are some good ways to quite smoking. Take advise from doctors or expert. Destroy all the cigarettes. Make plan for quite smoking. Ask your relatives and friends to help you for quite smoking. Drink black or green tea. Eat fruits instead of fruit juice. Walk early in the morning.

Ways to quitting smoking, I am giving some suggestions :-
1. See much more picture film on television
2. Eat something else which you have like
3. Drink something cool, like soda
4. If possible than sleep down
