Losing weight is not a very big task or work. Make a habit for daily exercise in the morning everyday, and do yoga regularly once in the instruction of a good yoga teacher for better result. Do these task every day, you can definitely gets good results.

For loosing weight quickly you have to take less carbohydrates food in your daily food. You should drink more water and keep exercise as possible as you can.

Weight loss is not a big deal because it is not a short time thing it takes more time. otherwise you want to loss your weight then have to start on the regular basis yoga, morning walk and exercise it helps to you to reduce the weight .
